Short Term Rental Conditions

  • The prices displayed at the accommodation does not include VAT!
  • If you wish the transfer from the airport to the booked location you must pay an extra cost of 25 euros.
  • The checkin in the accommodation units is made after 13.00 and the checkout until 12.00!
  • Payment for accommodation is made at the latest rental of the house, and in the case of higher rental periods or luxury apartments pay a deposit before confirming interest in the rental!
  • No pets are allowed!
  • We do not accept the organization of parties in rented locations or using them for purposes other than accommodation, otherwise, you will leave the apartment, and the money will not be returned!
  • Any damage created rented entirely borne by the customer.
